This video says that it's not exactly the SCREEN or the phone that is affecting you but more so it's the content you're absorbing. Someone could only absorbed the most wholesome content for 10 hrs and be perfectly content, but someone could watch 1 hr of some really upsetting content and end up super depressed. I have 10 hrs of screen time but I am fairly happy cause I absorb content that helps me.
That is an interesting perspective that I hadn't considered when writing my own post. I agree, that the type of content can have different effects emotionally, not just health wise.
