Height of Camera

What do low vs. high angles mean in relation to each other?

Height determines how one interprets the scene and subject on screen. Shooting the subject from a low angle gives it power and makes the viewer feel intimidated by the subject looking down on them. When shooting from a high angle it makes the subject look weak and powerless and makes you look down at the subject in pity.
