Why Is Sound Important?

 In your own words, write an in-depth reflection on three ways that sound is important in television and film?

    Sound is important because it creates depth within the film. Sound is more than dialogue, it is music, movement, ambience, and more than I can list right now. Without sound we would lose a lot of context for film and television and depth. It also helps provide a lot of emotion to the characters.
